Meadows Turkey Bowl History
The Meadows Turkey Bowl was started in 1990 by brothers Mike & Bill Meadows.
The Meadows Turkey Bowl is a backyard football game played on Thanksgiving morning, featuring over 40 players each year. The game is followed by a Breakfast & Awards Ceremony and a Hall of Fame Induction Roast. A Player Draft and Auction take place the night before the event, providing an evening filled with fellowship and laughter.
All Meadows Turkey Bowl players show gratitude for the game, their friendship, and the gift of life by donating to the Saint Vincent DePaul Society.
100% of the proceeds help families in our community facing hardship and advance the fight against cancer through pioneering research that’s rewriting the playbook.
